It was lovely in general: bright room, excellent location close to shops, bars, restaurants and the harbour, harbour, castle and main attractions, and a pedestrian area.

The staff here was very helpful and provided excellent service; everything about the experience was simply fantastic.

Comfortable bed, well-lit room, and a great location just a 10-minute walk from Plaza de Arriola bus station. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. 😊

Hot tub issue, took a while to heat up.

The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with a fantastic outdoor terrace and a private jacuzzi. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. the location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Plus, there was a convenient supermarket just a short walk away.

One minor complaint was that the outdoor terrace lights were not working, making the stairs a bit dodgy at night. if you plan to explore the larger area with a car, the closest parking places are overcrowded and expensive.

The location couldn't have been better, with everything from main streets, cafes, restaurants. it was a truly exceptional experience.
